This is a technique to learn how to catch the kicking leg, timing, and body handling.3,Section3;捕返し(ほがえし)・相手が蹴って来た足を我は腕で受けて、その足を捩じり倒す技です。蹴り足の取り方、タイミング、体の捌き、足の極め方を習得出来ます。Section 3; Hogaeshi ・This is a technique in which I catch the opponent's kicking leg with my arm and twist it down. You can learn how to catch the kicking leg, timing, body movement, and locking the leg.4,Section4;波返し(なみがえし)・相手が前蹴りで蹴って来た足を我は足で受けて、更に我は回転しながらしゃがみ込み、後ろ回し蹴りで相手の足を掃って倒す技です。蹴足を足で受ける方法、タイミング、我の体の変化、相手の足の掃い方を習得出来ます。Section 4: Namigaeshi ・In this technique, I catch the opponent's Front Kick with my foot, and then I turn and crouch down, and sweep the opponent's foot with a backward kick to knock him down. You can learn how to catch the kicking leg with your leg, the timing, the change of my body, and how to sweep the opponent's leg.5,Section5;浦波(うらなみ)・相手が前蹴りで蹴ってきた足を我は腕で掃って、回転しながら振り向き様に顎と足を同時に掃って倒す技です。相手の足を我の腕で掃う方法、我の体の回転と変化、相手との距離の計り方、相手の足を我の足で払う方法を習得出来ます。Section 5; Uranami ・This is a technique in which I sweep the opponent's front kicked leg with my arm, then turn around and sweep his chin and leg at the same time. You can learn how to sweep the opponent's leg with my arm, how to rotate and change my body, how to measure the distance from the opponent, how to catch the opponent's chin, and how to sweep the opponent's leg with my foot.6,Section6;飛車(ひしゃ) ・相手が刀で上方から斬ってきたところを、我は相手の腕を我の腕で
