Basically the target audience of this course is people who just need ideas on simple healthy foods to cook. We all live fast paced lives now a days. And a lot of us don't have someone at home cooking our meals for us. Which leads to terrible food choices. Take everything here with a grain of salt :) Hopefully it can help you with your eating. :)
