Description: Learn Biblical Hebrew with Royal Roots Academy. Our classes take readers with little to no knowledge of the Hebrew language to reading Biblical Hebrew in just 8 sessions. Learn the culture and context of the Hebrew language as well as the meaning of each letter. As our class textbook, we utilize Jeff Benner's book, Learn to Read Biblical Hebrew along with quizzes and other resources created by Royal Roots Academy. The class is divided into 8 sessions. Lesson 1 is an introduction to the Hebrew language and each following session gives a definition and description of 2 to 4 Hebrew letters, their meaning, and how they are used in a Hebrew sentence. Our 8-session course guides the students through Hebrew grammar and informs students on how to read and translate the Hebrew script. Weekly, we have quizzes to test your acquired knowledge and three test are given through-out the class. The first test happens after week 3, the second after week 6, and the final exam is given after the final class of the 8 week session. Our instructor Huldah Dauid has been teaching the Hebrew language for just under a decade and has been an avid Hebrew student.
