Description: These Pilates exercises are for anyone who is looking to improve their core stability, challenge their core or learn how to maximise the use of all their abdominals while also working their arms and legs. The exercises have been split up so if you want to focus on a particular part of your body you are able to do so, but I would recommend a full body work out for best results. Different levels of each exercise are offered so you can start at the beginning and work your way up to a harder level. I was a dancer from the age of 6 and performed professionally for 21 years. I have taught Pilates around the world to beginners as well as athletes. I performed for many Ballet companies and 8.5 years with Cirque Du Soleil. I was the Pilates coach while touring with Cirque and now have a lovely studio on the Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia.
