Description: Sup, my name is Derek, and I create Maplestory animations with Adobe Flash CS3. I'm the first bannedstory animator with my Mapling Times series. (By that, I mean, first one to animate it, there were people before me who recorded in-game footage of maple). I made lots of maple animations in middle/highschool. I'm now at Chapman University, and do animations for funzies in my free time~ My teaching methods in these tutorials are a bit improvised. I wrote down how I was going to split up the tutorials before I started, (which numbers they'd be & order). But other than that, I didn't pre-plan the actual tutorial itself. The way I'm teaching is showing you what I actually had to do in order to create the animation that I made. I do my best to explain myself in a way that anyone can pick this up. You'll need these programs: Adobe Flash CS3 - (For all the animation) Adobe Premiere OR After Effects - (For exporting in tutorial 13) Any other programs are optional and aren't really needed for animating videos through these tutorials, of course, any additional image editing programs like photoshop can definitely enhance your work. But I primarily go over info about using Flash.
